Broken rice<\/h1>\n

Broken rice is a by-product of the rice production process. It is highly esteemed in the food industry for its ability to maintain the same characteristics as whole rice while at the same time being easier to cook and ferment. It is the ideal ingredient for products such as ready meals, drinks or breakfast cereals thanks to its high mineral and vitamin content, at a fraction of the price.<\/p>\n

It can be sold in bulk (lined container, by barrel or tub), 1 MT Big Bags and 20 kg sacks.<\/p>\n
